Introducing FlockWell, a monthly service in which our experienced veterinarian will come directly to you, providing comprehensive health checks, vaccinations, and expert advice tailored to your flock's unique needs. ​​​​

Will you come to my house/farm?Yes, we offer on-site visits to homes and farms.

What species of animals do you care for?We provide care for a variety of animals, including birds, with a focus on poultry species. We love working with all types of birds, and in the future, we may expand our services to include pigs. Let us know if you have specific animal care needs, and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer backyard poultry vaccination?At this time, the FeatherCare Program does not directly offer backyard poultry vaccinations. However, we are happy to refer you to The Chicken Vets vaccine clinic, based at Campus Estates Animal Hospital, which specializes in poultry vaccinations and can provide the services you need.

Do you offer medication ordering and pick-up/delivery services?Yes, the FeatherCare Program offers medication ordering for your poultry. We provide options for pick-up or delivery to make it as convenient as possible for you. Please contact us to arrange the details and ensure the medications are tailored to your flock’s needs.

Do you offer emergency/after-hours services?At this time, we do not provide emergency or after-hours services. For urgent needs outside of our regular hours, we recommend contacting the nearest animal emergency clinic or call Smart.Vet at 1-888-243-1411.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit, and E-transfer.
